Description of the apartment

The apartment was completed in May 2011. It has been designed and furnished with care and taste by the owners 

 in a contemporary style while keeping in mind the style of the Mattertal region with its stone and old wood.

The apartment is on the upper floor (southwest) and lays in a calm and sunny location with view on the Alps.

The 4.5 rooms apartment of approx. 93 m2 can accommodate up to 8 people and includes:

• Open kitchen fully equipped with steamer / oven / microwave, 4 hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine, 
  fondue set and party grill
• Dining / sitting room opening onto a balcony of approx. 25 m2 (southwest), stove,satellite TV, Internet
•  Room with bunk beds, double pull-out for 4 pers. (90x200 - 140x200 - 85x190)
• Room with sofa bed (90x200 2x) balcony overlooking approx. 8m2 (facing west)
• Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and balcony (facing west) and open bathroom

Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in Building B II Arena, a new complex of 4 buildings from 8 to 9 apartments: Arena II ABCD.

In the center, a typical old style Walliser timber house  allows storing shoes and skis. A biotope anda barbecue is planned on the site for the hot days and summer evenings.

Arena II B is ideally located in the village of Grächen, 100m from the municipal parking, 300m from the village square and shops and 400m from the gondola for Hannigalp.
